Delivery

Please allow four weeks for delivery. We have most items created for you on demand. If you need an items rushed, please contact me in advance to see if I can get it by the date you require. Christy

Shipping

All shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise agreed upon by The Pewter Dragon and you.

The Pewter Dragon will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. Returns will only be accepted if for the incorrect item. Upon return of the incorrect item, we will process your request for exchange. For returned merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

The Pewter Dragon will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of The Pewter Dragon.
